We had two roller shutters installed in late Dec 2021. The quotation service is quick and easy, Chris was very patient... in answering all my questions over the phone and email. I really had a good experience with this company from sales to installation.The shutters were made up with in weeks... and install would of been done within 4 weeks if it weren't for Sydney's crazy weather the last few weeks.I had 3 battery powered shutter installed on my 2nd storey home and I knew it was a difficult job as the way it was built but they went out their way to find a solution for me without hiring scaffolding which would of put a significant amount of $$$ on the job.I would recommend them if you need roller shutter.Now I'm just waiting for the summer heat to come to see if they will reduce the temperature in my house. Following a LOT of problems in the weeks after our order was placed we finally had our shutters installed a bit over a... week ago. We’re very happy with the product and the benefits we have to our home but the initial customer service issues we encountered were very annoying. The initial 1-2week timeline quoted by the sales representative seems to be based on a “normal” progress rate and we encountered the worst series of delays. Between public holidays, storms, and issues with the order it took a total of 8 weeks between signing the contract and job completion. In all it took multiple calls over 4 weeks after the initial work order before we got a date for installation. On installation day, the product brought by the install crew wasn’t the correct colour. This was a result of the colour being changed as we had to redesign our setup when the detailed measurements were taken ( initial setup discussed by sales rep wasn’t possible). During all this time, we kept having to follow up with the sales rep as we weren’t given any other contact details for following up on the job. In the end we kept getting sidestepped by the rep and not called back by other staff. Based on all these issues we expressed our frustrations more vociferously and finally got support from more people in their office. With repeated follow up from their manager we got the install date confirmed and they arrived to do the work 7 weeks after initial contract. A few hiccups with some work by the install crew were a problem and the manager followed through again the week after. He also came personally to check the last work and ensure they did everything they could to make up for the initial problems. Overall, very happy with the product and the final setup. The colour matching on the guides and roller box blends into our existing window frames beautifully. The closed shutters block out almost all light and vastly improve our insulation for sound/heat. I hope they take the experience we had as an opportunity to improve their customer interactions in the future. Something as simple as a case log for work in progress and follow-up calls or emails when our job was delayed would have vastly changed the process in the first few weeks.read more

The only thing that kind of ruined... it for us is that we asked them to come back and check some of the shutters several times and no one has come.
